coe-staff: New Packaging System

Attention Faculty and Student Workers,



Starting October 3rd, 2017 a new packaging system will take effect in Hedco 130. From now on when packages are delivered to Student Academic Services (SAS) for people/departments the person listed on the package will be emailed a notification that they have received a package. Whoever wishes to pick up the package must then come down to SAS and speak with the student assistant currently on duty. The student assistant will then give you package and require that you sign for the it. Packages will from now on be held at the student assistant desk. No one is authorized to take packages without first talking to the student assistant directly. This new system is to ensure that packages aren’t lost so please abide by the system. Please make sure to notify any student workers/faculty and staff who come to pick up packages of this new system. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask  Maggie or me.
