coe-staff: Realignment of COE Financial Services

College of Education Faculty and Staff,

We are in the process of realigning our College of Education financial services allowing the college to develop and provide more consistent processes through collaboration. This coordination effort will proceed in stages with the first two stages simply being relocating four of our college staff members to Faculty Services in HEDCO 230 while simultaneously increasing student workers in the departments. This alignment compliments other organizational coordination at the college and the university.

During these initial stages please continue your current departmental processes for requesting assistance. These college staff members will continue to perform their current departmental tasks and services from their new locations during the initial phases of implementation.

* Four of our College of Education academic support staff members are relocating to HEDCO 230 and will report to Melynn Bates.

* Tracy Bullock (CPHS/SPECS) and Colleen Maas (EDST) moved on Friday, September 8th and are now located in HEDCO 230U.

* Kris Galago (CPHS/SPECS) and Denise McKenney (EMPL) are scheduled to move on Friday, October 6th.

* Additional student workers are being provided to the departments assisting with non-financial related duties. Leslie Stephenson and Tiffany Yep are adjusting workflows and will provide more information to departmental faculty as duties are reassigned and processes are implemented.
