coe-staff: Volunteers at Commencement

Hello,
Thanks to the folks below who have already volunteered to work at Commencement.  I'm still looking for a few additional people, so if you've found your schedule is open, please let me know.  We've had a bit of staff turnover in the past year, so if you've never worked at Commencement before, check with the folks listed below.  I think they'll tell you it's a great day and a lot of fun!  Most volunteer tasks will be between 2-6 pm on Monday, June 19 at the Matthew Knight Arena.

For volunteers who want to participate, please mark your calendars:  We'll be able to do a short tour of the arena on Monday, June 5 from noon - 1 pm.  I'll hand out tasks and instruction list prior to that.
