coe-staff: More faculty promotion and tenure good news

Please also join me in congratulating Michelle Jacob and Jenefer Husman on their favorable promotion and tenure decisions that occurred back in December.

Michelle was granted both promotion to professor and indefinite tenure, and Jenefer was awarded indefinite tenure.
