coe-staff: New Spring Term offering -- Intro Interview Techniques

Dear COE faculty and graduate students,

Interested in learning how to create and conduct qualitative interviews? EMPL lecturer Jo Smith will be teaching a 2-credit interview techniques class (CRN 36281) Spring term!

Class will be meeting in-person two Friday evening/Saturdays (4/21-4/22 and 5/19-5/20) and will focus on:


*        a variety of interview approaches

*        different types of interview protocols

*        crafting good interview questions

*        writing up interview findings

If you have questions about whether this course is right for you, please check in with your advisor or with Jo directly.
