coe-staff: Diversity Action Plan for the College

Dear College Faculty and Staff:


In the fall, President Schill and Provost Coltrane instructed each administrative unit, school and college to create a Diversity Action Plan in line with the IDEAL Framework<https://inclusion.uoregon.edu/IDEAL>.  We were asked to work in conjunction with faculty, students, and staff members of color to articulate the steps we  plan to take to promote diversity, combat racism, and ensure inclusion [https://provost.uoregon.edu/diversity-action-plans?].


Please find attached the Diversity Action Plan submitted this week.
