coe-staff: Classified Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Classified staff and their supervisors are invited to attend our annual Classified Staff Appreciation Luncheon. The menu for our Taste of Spring Luncheon is:
Lemon and herb chicken breast
Vegetarian spanakopita with roasted red pepper sauce
Mediterranean quinoa
Seasonal vegetables
Green salad with assorted dressings
Hummus and tzatziki with mini naan bread
Chocolate mousse cake/vegan, gluten free dessert option
Iced tea
Strawberry Lemonade
