coe-staff: New ID Card Distribution Starts Jan. 9

Hello,
In case you missed the story in Around the O<https://around.uoregon.edu/content/university-begin-distributing-new-id-cards-jan-9>, this is just a reminder that new ID cards are being issued to all students, staff and faculty starting on Jan. 9.  All employees will have to visit the UO Card office in the EMU to exchange their old ID for their new one.  The schedule for card exchange is organized by last name and different people will have different pick up weeks.  The exchange schedule is here:  https://emu.uoregon.edu/card If you are unavailable during your scheduled turn in time, you will then have to wait until after March 24 to exchange your ID.  May 1, 2017 is the final deadline.  After that all old ID cards will be deactivated.
