coe-staff: Interviews

Hello COE,

Yes, I am still your librarian! (Which means I am still taking book requests and scheduling sessions for your classes - shoot me an email)  However, we are well on our way to filling the COE librarian position.

I am asking for your active participation.  You will have two opportunities to interact with each candidate.

We will be bringing three candidates to campus on three different days.  Each one will be giving a presentation from 10:00 – 10:50 on the topic “Beyond reference, instruction and collection development:  New roles for Education librarians”  in the Browsing Room of the Knight Library.  Would love to have COE attendance.

From 2:30 – 3:00 I will be providing a tour of the COE and then from 3:00 – 3:20 I will have an opportunity for you to drop by and meet the candidates. Location to be determined.

If you are interested in seeing the resumes of the candidates, please let me know I would be happy to forward them to you.

Dates of interviews are 9/7, 9/9, and 9/12.  I will be sending another email when location of the drop-in sessions is confirmed.
