Please see email below that I received yesterday afternoon in regards to the drinking water results for the COE Complex from Adam Jones with UO Safety and Risk Services:

Hi Eric;

The drinking water sample results from Lokey Education, Education Addition, Education Annex, and HEDCO were all below the EPA limit for Public Water systems of 15 ppb lead. This is great news.

The not so great news is that while ¾ of the samples collected at CSB were also below 15 ppb lead, ¼ of the samples were not. Based on these results, I will be collecting flush samples from affected fixtures this evening and tomorrow morning. I will also be tagging affected fixtures as "Out of Service" until the flush sample results have been received and the fixtures are determined to be safe or replacement has been conducted. It is likely that follow up activity will generate questions from building occupants and I wanted to give you a heads up before I dig in to this.
