coe-staff: Education.uoregon.edu is back online

Security patches have now been applied to the https://education.uoregon.edu/ site. It is now available across campus and from off campus.

Many critical UO websites have been patched this morning and are back online as well. However, you may still see some UO sites still redirecting to http://blogs.uoregon.edu/servicesoffline/. Individual IT groups are addressing the Drupal vulnerabilities and should have solutions in place today or tomorrow.
