coe-staff: Summer Reading and Math Instruction - 1st and 2nd Grade

Please find attached an invitation as well as a registration form for the CTL Teaching and Learning Lab Summer Camp (we are currently in the process of renaming the CTL Reading Clinic to more accurately portray what we do).

This year, we are inviting a small number of 1st grade students (going into 2nd grade in fall 16) to receive both reading and math instruction, as well as 2nd graders (going into 3rd grade) for reading instruction. To qualify, students must be reading below grade level. We have space for about 10 more students.
Parents should return the registration form via email, regular mail, fax, or drop off.
