coe-staff: Regalia for Commencement Pick UP

Hello,
If you ordered regalia through the Duck Store for commencement, it is now available for pick up in HEDCO 130.  If you had regalia ordered for investiture, it is assumed that you kept it and will use it again for commencement.  After commencement is over, you may return the regalia to the Duck Store, or bring it down to HEDCO 130 and we'll take it over for you.
