coe-staff: Professor Leve elected president of scholarly society

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The membership of the Society for Prevention Research (SPR, http://www.preventionresearch.org/) has elected Leslie Leve as their next president. Please join me in congratulating Leslie on this extraordinary recognition of her work and leadership. Her term as president-elect, which begins June 4, will be announced today at the annual meeting of the SPR in San Francisco.

This recognition for Leslie, and indirectly for our University, College, and her Department, provides yet another achievement for us to celebrate at our faculty and staff meeting tomorrow.
