coe-staff: Volunteer for University Day May 19th-Shirt cut off is today!

Hello!
The folks on the list below have RSVP'ed for University Day.  If you haven't yet signed up yet, there's still time!  However, you have to sign up by today if you want a t-shirt.  To participate, click here and sign up<https://oregon.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_5zgZWTDdpYqI57L>!

University Day is on Thursday, May 19, 2016.  University Day is a campus-wide beautification event that takes place each spring. Anyone who participates for an hour or more receives a U-Day t-shirt and lunch.

Check in and shirt pick up will be in HEDCO 130.  A lunch of sandwiches, chips and water will be available at noon in the HEDCO courtyard.  Some tools will be supplied, but if you have a favorite gardening tool, feel free to bring it.  A list of volunteers and tasks will be sent out next week.
