EDLD 650 Advanced Seminar in Educational Research Methods - Wednesdays, 12:00-3:50pm, 4 credits taught by Joe Stevens and Keith Zvoch

This course will provide a unique opportunity to explore methods, analyses, and research procedures that "fall through the cracks" of the COE curricular offerings. The course is seminar style and will engage four topics, two chosen by the instructors and two chosen by the course participants. The two instructor chosen topics will be Interrupted Time Series Designs and Meta-Analysis. For each topic, we will use a case-study approach that involves learning about the method/technique through readings, studying an existing application of the method/technique from the literature, and engaging in a data-based application of the technique or method.
