Hello all,

Every now and then I like to remind people what I (and the Library) can do for them.

Here is a quick list of things I can assist you with:


*         Want to suggest books or DVDs? - send me the title and any other information you have (budget permitting, of course)

*         Thinking of a new program or area? Want to know if we have the materials to support it? - I can give you a view of the landscape

*         Students need some research guidance?  Want a class presentation? - shoot me an email and I'm there!

*         Looking for Foundation money?  (I am the Foundation Database contact) - I would love to show individuals or groups the money

*         Candidate interviews - want tour of Library? - I can show off our facilities and discuss access to research/teaching materials

*         Writing a grant? - I can help you out of a research corner and assist with finding articles

*         Writing accreditation report  - need a report on library resources? - no problem (advance notice always appreciated)

*         Would you like an office visit to talk about setting up bookmarks for databases, or instructions on setting up a system to alert you to new books or journal articles, or talk about other research/instructional issues? - I'd love to show you how to make your life easier

*         EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley questions? - you've been meaning to ...

Any suggestions?  Any complaints?  Any compliments?  Would you like to chat over a cup of coffee?
