coe-staff: Missing Package

COE Community,
The CDS Program recently ordered an assessment test from PRO-ED, the Kaufman Speech Praxis Test for Children. The program has requested that you check any mail areas or unopened boxes within your departments for this assessment.  According to delivery records, the assessment was delivered to the mailroom in suite 130 on Dec. 9th. However, we have been unable to locate it since it was delivered. The box will indicate that the item was sent from PRO-ED to 1655 Alder St. Ste. 170.
