coe-staff: New file shares are open

All,

The COE file shares are now back on line.

For those who have a "G:" drive, this has now gone away and is replaced with an "O:" drive (O for Oregon).
The "PersDir" folder has gone away as well and is now the "P:" drive.

For Mac users, please follow instructions at our help site (http://coehelp.uoregon.edu/info/data-move-2015/)
On an Mac you can connect to the new COE file share by pressing "command+K" and typing in in the following address:

smb://files.uoregon.edu/coe-cc-share/coe

You will then need to log on with your Duck ID credentials.

COEIT will be checking in with units today and tomorrow to make sure everyone is connecting and seeing their folders and files.
