coe-staff: COE File Server Address Change: 12/16/2015

All,

On the evening of Wednesday, December 16, 2015, COEIT will be moving the College's file shares to a central data repository.
This move will provide improvements in storage capacity, manageability, and sustainability.

The most noticeable changes resulting from this move will be:

* A new address for COE file share
* A new personal work folders (previously known as "PersDir") in a separate share or drive
* More storage for both group and personal folders
