coe-staff: COE room calendaring migration is complete: Calcium to Exchange

For those who schedule and use COE controlled rooms, please note that the migration of reservations from Calcium to Exchange is now complete.

In Brief:


·         All reservations with dates between 7/1/2015 through 12/31/16  have been migrated to the new Exchange Calendars

·         The Calcium website has been shut down and archived

·         Permissions have been  granted to schedulers for the new Exchange calendars

·         All calendars are publically readable (please visit https://coedocs.uoregon.edu/confluence/display/coe/COE+Room+Calendars)
