coe-staff: summer moving season

Moving season is upon us and we have over 20 departmental faculty and staff moves that are currently under way or will be in the next few weeks.   There is a significant amount of work involved moving personnel and we do our best to meet everyone's schedule.

Some of the things to keep in mind are:

1)      Furniture needs

2)      Phone transfers

3)      IT support-computer hardware needs and jack activation

4)      Office painting/cleaning

5)      Moving supplies

6)      Keys and prox. access


If you have yet to inform me of your moving needs for this summer, please contact me  as soon as possible so we can get you on our calendar.
