coe-staff: Reminder: Today-Doughnuts for Ducks: The Ice Cream Edition

Join us on Monday, June 1 (today!), from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm in the HEDCO Lobby for our year-end Doughnuts for Ducks and take a moment to enjoy the company of College of Education students, staff, and faculty.  We'll be featuring ice cream and frozen fruit pops instead of doughnuts, but the camaraderie will be the same!

At Doughnuts for Ducks, the COE's Student Diversity Affairs Committee (SDAC) will have a booth set up where you can meet core members of the SDAC, learn about the SDAC's mission and how to get involved, and hear about current and subsequent events/ideas for the upcoming year.  The SDAC has several exciting projects in the works.

What is the SDAC you ask?  The SDAC is a student-run organization devoted to engaging students, faculty, and staff in the College of Education in conversations surrounding diversity.  In engaging the COE in diversity at large, the SDAC ultimately strives to help build an inclusive and enriching learning community.  Throughout the 2014-2015 academic year the SDAC has built a solid foundation and plan for redefining what the SDAC is and does, and how it can be utilized as an ongoing resource and support for all students in the COE.
