coe-staff: Please vote in Elections: UO Senate and committees

Dear Colleagues,

If you haven’t already done so, please consider taking 5’ today or tomorrow (Thurs-deadline) to hop on Duckweb and vote in the UO Senate and Standing Committee Elections.  You’ll see an elections tab on the main Duckweb menu.

There are a number of COE faculty and staff who have volunteered to stand in these elections to the Senate, Faculty Advisory Council, Intercollegiate Athletics, and Undergraduate Council this year.  Make your voices heard…

Elections for the University Senate<http://senate.uoregon.edu/> and elected Senate Standing Committees<http://committees.uoregon.edu/> have begun. To vote, please log in to Duckweb<https://duckweb.uoregon.edu/pls/prod/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin> with your UO ID and PAC number. You will see elections as a menu item in the main menu. The deadline for voting is Thursday, May 21 at 5:00 p.m. Shared governance is central to the UO's mission and operation, and I encourage you to take a moment to vote for your representatives on the University Senate and elected standing committees.

Voting is automatically set up to allow you to vote only for candidates within your constituency group. However, you may view candidates for all open positions on the University Senate and elected committees on the following web page: 2015 Candidates<http://senate.uoregon.edu/content/2015-university-senate-and-committee-elections-tracking>.
