coe-staff: Volunteers at Commencement June 15th

Hello,
We're still looking for a few good volunteers!  Help our students graduate in style by volunteering to help out at our COE Commencement Ceremony.  Most of the tasks relate either to checking students in, staffing an information table or helping manage the flow of students, family and friends into Matt Knight arena at the start of the ceremony and during the ceremony.  As our faculty participate in the ceremony itself, we rely on Classified and OA staff to make this event happen.  The following folks have graciously agreed to volunteer:

Please let me know if you can help us out that day.  The majority of volunteers will be needed on Monday, June 15th from 4-8 pm.  If you've volunteered in the past and wish to do a specific job, just let me know and I'll try to match you with your preference.  Once I've collected the names, I'll put out a list of volunteers and their tasks and meet with people to talk about those tasks.
