coe-staff: Delete "Notification of your payment" messages

If you receive a message with the subject, "Notification of your payment" DO NOT open the attached ZIP file. Instead, delete the message.

If you opened the file, email security at uoregon.edu<mailto:security at uoregon.edu> immediately.

The attached ZIP file contains malware.
