FYI.  Sounds like services have been restored.  If you are still having issues first try re-booting your computer.  If problems persist after re-booting please let us know at  coe-support at ithelp.uoregon.edu<mailto:coe-support at ithelp.uoregon.edu>.

Around 7:45AM, we began receiving reports of service degradations to a wide range of UO websites and services, including email (IMAP and Exchange), the UO homepage (www.uoregon.edu<http://www.uoregon.edu>), Blackboard (blackboard.uoregon.edu), Duck ID duckid.uoregon.edu), Banner (inb.uoregon.edu), and others.

Services were restored at approximately 8:55AM.

Users reported an inability or intermittent ability to load pages and log in to services.
