coe-staff: videography and video production requests

In an effort to better serve the College of Education, we will be referring all videography and video production requests to CMET (Center for Media and Educational Technologies)  as they are better equipped and staffed to support these requests.  In the interim, as the COE IT and Facilities team continue to define the roles and responsibilities of the in-house services that we provide, please continue to submit your requests to coe-av at ithelp.uoregon.edu<mailto:coe-av at ithelp.uoregon.edu> to allow us to assist in making this transition as seamless as possible.  This will help us understand what the scope of the request is and assign it  to the appropriate service provider.  We will work closely with CMET, acting as a point of contact and coordinator, to ensure a satisfactory outcome is delivered.  There is no charge for CMET services for requests that have a CRN associated to it; otherwise they provides a range of services at their current rate of $75 per hour.
