coe-staff: NETWORK SERVICE OUTAGES

We are currently experiencing intermittent outages on several of the UO services.  Some of the services currently being impacted that we know of include: Webmail, Blackboard, Wiki, ITHelp, Bomgar, Jabber, Banner, UO Web Site and possibly others.

The Computing Center is aware of and working on the problems.
