Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff in the College of Education:


UO Campus Planning, Design & Construction is conducting a space quality survey for the HEDCO building and renovations to the Lokey Education building completed in 2009, and their contribution to the Education Complex as a whole.  We have designed the survey to be respectful of your time and user-friendly with plenty of visuals, and we hope that you will find it engaging.  Thank you very much for your consideration during this busy time of the year.

This survey is estimated to take an average of 20 minutes, but could be shorter or longer depending on the individual.  All responses will be anonymous.  This survey closes June 4 at 5:00 p.m.

As a token of our appreciation for completing this survey, you have the chance to enter into a random prize drawing for one of five $50 gift certificates to the DUCK STORE.

Gift certificates will be awarded shortly after the survey closes.
