coe-staff: Summer 2014 COE Construction Update

What is the project? Clinical Services Building  flat roof replacement.  The final phase of the roof replacement project that a majority of was completed last summer.

When will it take place? June 18 through September 26.

Who will it impact? People working in and around the CSB.  We will be relocating the occupants of offices 301 through 308 for a period of time to allow for windows to be replaced and interior finishes to be repaired.  Currently, no other occupants are scheduled to be relocated.  The entire scope of work will be on the west side of the building utilizing the south parking lot 21 (as we did last year) for a staging area.  Construction notices will be posted in and around work areas to reroute pedestrian traffic as needed.
