coe-staff: Volunteers at Commencement

Hello,
I'm looking for a few good volunteers!  Help our students graduate in style by volunteering to help out at our COE Commencement Ceremony.  Most of the tasks relate either to checking students in at a table or helping manage the flow of students, family and friends into Matt Knight arena at the start of the ceremony and during the ceremony.

Most volunteers will be needed on Monday, June 16th from 1-5 pm.  If you are available during that time and would like to support the event, please let me know.  If you've volunteered in the past and wish to do a specific job, just let me know.  Once I've collected the names, I'll put out a list of volunteers and their tasks.
