coe-staff: HEDCO Networking update

All,

Power has been restored to the server room and phones should be up in Hedco.

Networking and a number of COE systems such as the COE fileshare, are still experiencing issues.

We are working with IS and facilities to continue to troubleshoot the isses.

We will send out updates as we have more news.
