coe-staff: Updating coe-staff mailing list

We are changing the way we populate the College of Education mailing lists. Lee Hughes, COE data project manager, is testing some new queries and will be updating our list of COE employees every couple of weeks to help us make sure that the lists are more accurate.

At around 12:00 noon  today, August 19, I am going to delete our current subscribers from the list and at about 12:30 pm I will add the current users that were downloaded from the UO data systems and sending out a test message to the new list. There are always a lot of exceptions to these lists including when contracts are renewed so we may have some people who should not be on the list or people who are left off. Our lists include all academic and grant/contract programs.

So if you receive a message around 12:30 pm  and are not an employee of the COE please reply and let me know.
If you do not receive a message around 12:30 and are a COE employee could you let me know that and what unit that you are working for currently.
