coe-staff: Commencement Reminder

Hello,
This is just a last minute reminder for commencement on Monday.  Attached is an outline of how the day should proceed.

If you hear of any students who have not signed up but still want to attend, all they need to do is show up in their cap and gown and we'll get them in!

Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks to all the folks who've helped out.  Commencement is definitely a team effort!
