coe-staff: COE Student, Faculty and Staff Award listings

Good Morning,

The Office of Strategic Communications is continuing its tradition of placing an annual, full-page ad in the Oregonian (June 16), the Register-Guard (June 16) and the Daily Emerald (June 10) highlighting awards received by UO students, faculty and staff throughout the academic year. This year's ad will be somewhat different than in years past, with greater visual appeal and a more salient overall message about the strengths of the UO and its scholars. Last year's ad is attached as an example.

They have requested a list of awards from each of the colleges by June 6. For faculty and students, they are only asking for external (non-UO) awards and honors (includes external fellowships or major external scholarships). What follows is a list of the awards I am aware of to date; if you are aware of another honor that should be listed, or have a correction to this list, please get back to me before June 6. The format is:
