coe-staff: CSB roof project

I wanted to advise you that the Clinical Services Building will be receiving a new roof this summer.   The scope of work also includes cleaning and sealing the exterior of the building.   This project is scheduled to start on June 24 with the anticipated completion date sometime in the first two weeks of September.   The CSB is scheduled to remain occupied throughout the duration of the project.  With that said, construction noise will be present and a portion of the parking lot directly south of CSB will be closed as it will be used as a staging area for the project.   The contractor, Capital Construction, and myself will work diligently to minimize the impact on the users and occupants of CSB.
