See below and the attached schedule for a required campus wide emergency lighting inspection that will be conducted the week of Spring break.  In summary, the COE complex is scheduled between 6:30am-8:30am on  Monday 3/25/13.  This is ONLY FOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING and the inspections will most likely go unnoticed.

I am sending this e-mail and schedule to all of you because you are listed as a Building Manager or you are on my list of contacts from last year's ATS Service work.
This is the yearly, required by law, servicing of our Life Safety ATS. I have scheduled this work to be done over spring break, and I have tentatively scheduled the days and times similar to last year's schedule. For most of your buildings this work means is that only the emergency lighting will be affected.  For a few science buildings and PLC special preparations are made for the work to be done. Remember this is a tentative schedule, so if you have some important function at the time and date, look at the schedule and we will discuss changing it to another. We have 4 days to get it done during this spring break. (Mon. - Thurs.)
