coe-staff: power outages

While the information is still a little vague, there appears to have been a problem in the tunnel system over near the Health Center(between 13th-15th and Agate) that has activated the campus emergency response system and is interrupting the power supply on campus.  Crews are responding and repairs are underway.

I will provide more information as it becomes available.
