coe-staff: ERIC documents

Hello,

Those of you using ERIC and trying to access ERIC documents should know that all full-text documents in ERIC are currently unavailable.  Apparently they are dealing with privacy issues and are "in the process of creating a request process for individual records to be given priority in being returned to the site."  In the meantime, we still have microfiche!
