coe-staff: Call for Volunteers for COE Orientation 9/21

Hello All!
I am starting to compile a list of volunteers for the upcoming College of Education College-wide Orientation. The orientation will be held on Friday, September 21st from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm. I am hoping you will be able to help us out with the event this year. We will be needing room monitors for the sessions, folks to blow up balloons, people to set up the lunch tables and work the check-in tables, greet students, presenters and faculty/staff, and others to help clean up.

Please let me know if you will be available on this day to help with any of these tasks. Also, you can specify your available times and preferred volunteer activities for this day. Volunteers will be needed starting as early as 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

We couldn't put on this event without all of the volunteer efforts from students, faculty, staff and friends of the COE.  If you know of anyone else who may be available and interested in helping with the orientation, please forward this email to them or let me know.  And of course, when you volunteer-your name will be entered in a drawing to win a Sweet Life Patisserie gift card!
