coe-staff: Housing needed for visiting scholar 9/1/12-8/31/13

Does anyone know of a house to share for a visiting scholar from Korea 
and her two young daughters, age 8 and 16? She will be at UO from 
9/1/12-8/31/13 and won't have any furniture so a furnished rental or 
house to share would be perfect. She speaks english very well.
