coe-staff: GRANT MATTERS Update

The following grant competition announcement has been added to the Grant 
Matters homepage.

The Office of Special Education Programs, US Department of Education, 
introduces a new grant competition for 2012 under the IDEA Technology 
and Media program. The Stepping-up Technology Implementation program 
will build on earlier technology development efforts by identifying, 
developing, and disseminating products and resources that promote the 
effective implementation of evidence-based instructional and assistive 
technology tools in kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) settings for 
students with disabilities.
