<p class="xmsonormal">The faculty performance evaluation process and timeline, which starts each Winter and concludes in the Spring*, will be shared with Department Heads and Unit Directors and a communication will be sent directly to each faculty member who
requires a review this year. Faculty scheduled for a performance evaluation this year will receive an email in mid-February with information about the performance evaluation process and timeline. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="xmsonormal"><b>Performance Evaluation Schedules: </b><o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="xmsonormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>Career Instructional Faculty</b> are reviewed each year for the first three years of employment and then move to a triennial review, starting in year 6. The period of review for all faculty will still
be January – December, but a triennial review will review activities and performance over the span of the 3 prior calendar years.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<li class="xmsonormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>Career Research Faculty</b> are reviewed annually with the period of review being January – December of the year prior.
