<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk94874854">Like last year, the evaluation process and timeline will be shared with Department Heads and Unit Directors and a communication will be sent directly to each faculty member
 who requires a review in the spring.  Faculty scheduled for a performance evaluation this spring will receive an email in early February with information about the performance evaluation process and timeline.

 All career faculty who had been in their position 3 years or more moved to a triennial review schedule.  Now that the new contract is ratified, the COE will revert to reviewing research faculty annually in order to align with the current CBA.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk94874854"><b>Career Instructional Faculty</b> are reviewed each year for the first three years of employment and then move to a triennial review, starting in year 6.  The period of
 review for all faculty will still be January – December, but a triennial review will review activities and performance over the span of the 3 prior calendar years.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk94874854"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk94874854"><b>Pro tem faculty</b> will continue to be reviewed annually, including ongoing pro tem faculty. Ongoing pro tem faculty are reviewed once every 3 years after the position
 has been designated as ongoing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
