coe-fac: IRB User Survey

The Human Subjects Research Advisory Committee, in which I am a member, is soliciting your input about the Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and the Research Compliance Services (RCS) at the UO. We are particularly interested in how your experience has been in the last year after changes were made following the IRB Action Plan for Continuous Quality Improvement went into effect.

We want to understand areas that are working well and where services can be improved. Please share your perceptions and experience with UO’s Research Compliance Services (RCS) Office and the IRB by responding to this brief survey (approximately 15 minutes or less) by December 15th.

The University of Oregon is located within the traditional homelands of the Southern Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855, Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to the Coast Reservation in Western Oregon. Today, descendants are citizens of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians of Oregon.
