coe-fac: Doctoral students at COE Commencement

Hello,
Below are the doctoral students who have said they intend on participating in our commencement ceremony this year.  The purpose of this email is to double check the hooding faculty and check for missing students.

Please review to make sure I have all the right folks and let me know of any changes.  The areas highlighted in yellow is where I'm missing information or need clarification.  All the names will go into our list of graduates even if they are not walking in the ceremony.

Also, please let me know if there are there any students you believe are planning on being hooded who are not on this list?  Let me know who they are, and I will reach out to them.

When we get closer to commencement I'll send you additional information.  The ceremony is Monday, June 17 on the lawn behind Knight Library from 1 pm - 3 pm.  We will be once again hosting a doctoral reception in the HEDCO Courtyard prior to the ceremony, from 11 am - noon.
