coe-fac: COE Commencement 2022

Hello,

The College of Education Commencement Ceremony will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm on the South Lawn behind Knight Library.  Yes, our ceremony will be outdoors this year!  Other than a new venue, for the most part our ceremony should be much like it has been in the past and I'll be sending more information as the ceremony approaches.

Faculty Regalia Info for 2022

The College of Education covers the cost of faculty and staff who wish to rent regalia for the UO and COE Commencement ceremonies (see instructions below).  If you need to rent regalia for the 2022 Spring Commencement Ceremony, please complete your online rental submission by April 18, 2022.  The cut-off is much earlier than in past years as they are trying to avoid any problems with shipping or the supply chain.

If you wish to purchase regalia (which will be at your own expense), you can order it by clicking on the links provided below.  The deadline for this is also April 18, 2022.

  *   NOTE:  They will not be delivering regalia to the COE as they have done in the past.  You have to go to the campus Duck Store to pick it up.  They will notify you by email when it is ready to be picked up.
  *   When you pick up your regalia, please verify that everything you requested is included.

Important Dates & Deadlines

  *   April 18, 2022: Order deadline for custom-made fine regalia and guaranteed hood colors. After that date, The Duck Store will provide either University of Oregon colors or the closest match possible. The Duck Store can research regalia options for most universities.

  *   April 19, 2022: Orders placed on or after April 19th will be charged a $15 late fee. Departments will not cover this fee

  *   May 9, 2022: The rental form will no longer be available and we will not be taking any more rental requests. If extenuating circumstances kept you from renting, you can email orders at uoduckstore.com<mailto:orders at uoduckstore.com> to see if we can accommodate your request..

  *   June 27, 2022: Deadline for in-store regalia return drop-off or post-mark date for shipping regalia returns to The Duck Store Distribution Center.
