Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you to those of you who either nominated, self-nominated, or accepted a colleague’s nomination to be on the College of Education’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Based on the new nominations and renewed interest of past participants, I am pleased to announce the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee members who will begin meeting this quarter.

In addition to a range of demographic representatives, this group includes a variety of professional positions in the college as well as an array of backgrounds in equity and inclusion. This group will be drawing from the wealth of their combined experience and expertise as well as consulting with others towards creating and fostering a climate of equity and inclusion within the college that is durable and transparent.
