It is that time of year when the Clark Honors College solicits course proposals from faculty across campus for the 2018-19 academic year. If you’re not familiar with the CHC, we are an undergraduate-only college, and our curriculum replaces UO general education requirements. You can think of us as GedEd Honors. We have 800 students from all available majors across the university, and many of our students also pursue honors tracks within their major departments.

The college has 25 Core Faculty, and each year we also bring on a cohort of 40-50 Affiliated Faculty. It is the 2018-19 Affiliated Faculty cohort that we are recruiting for now. Course proposals are welcome from all faculty from across all colleges and fields at UO.
